Description

Our CNC Milling Technology

Both CNC milling and cnc turning are processing methods of cnc machining. It’s just different in what they can achieve and how they do it.

Both CNC milling and cnc turning are processing methods of cnc machining. It’s just different in what they can achieve and how they do it.
CNC milling is a more traditional three-axis CNC milling machine. The tool can move in 3 directions – X, Y, and Z axes.
While this imposes some constraints on the part geometry, it is sufficient for most jobs that require milling. A variety of milling cutters can provide different CNC cutting methods, such as end milling, face milling, hollow milling, etc.

The advantage of cnc milling is that it uses automated machines to do most of the part machining work. Only a small amount of work is required for human involvement. This way of working can save production time to a great extent.
At the JTR machine, you only need to provide us with your CAD file, and we will manufacture your part or finished product in the shortest time.

Our Die Casting Technology

Die castings made with die casting can perfectly render the intricate surface details of the castings.

Due to the good fluidity and plasticity of metal copper, zinc, aluminum, and aluminum alloys, the casting process of filling and re-casting in the die-casting machine can make the die-casting parts into various complex shapes with good precision and good quality.

Die casting can greatly reduce the amount of machining of castings and reduce material waste. This processing method not only saves electricity costs and metal materials, but also greatly saves labor costs; copper, zinc, aluminum, and aluminum alloys have excellent thermal conductivity, small specific gravity, and high machinability.

We can provide auto parts injection molding service of different materials such as aluminum, steel, etc.
